Update! Cat rant and other stuff

Hi guys !
I know I'm not active on this a lot, tho I try to upload new art when I remember to do so! I haven't been very active anywhere lately tho...
So hm... From my last journal, I'm sorry to report than Fanette left us for cats' paradise at the end of 2018 summer... However the surgery relieved her from pain, and she went peacefully in her sleep after a good dinner (we gave us the most nutrient food but unfortunatly, metastasis spread in her body) . She was 19 1/2 years old. We miss her and will cherish our time with her, and we're grateful we were able to relieve her from pain in her last month. To everyone who helped, thank you~
Continuing with the cat family, we decided Fanette leaving the family meant she left an open spot to take in a new friend. To anyone who think we'll "replace" her, it's not, really. My family has always been into rescuing a lot of animals, and end of summer meant that plenty of kittens born into spring time were in need of a family. So we went to the rescue center and adopted Calisson, who is our pride and joy and I think he was just what my family needed. He brought us closer together somehow... He is as gentle as Fanette (and has the same love for food!) Before Christmas, we were made aware of another kitten who needed help. He's been rescued from a terrible fate, as he was found in trash, tied up, cut whiskers and fur burned... So you can guess, he was pretty afraid of humans. We took him in, and Calisson adopted him immediatly as his little brother! It helped him to trust us, step by step. He's not quite there yet but I think he is happy with us, he feels safe.
The others older cats are a bit annoyed by these two younglings but everyone live in good harmony. So , here is for my cat family's lastest news
As for me, I also had surgery as a Christmas gift, ahah! I broke my ACL during martial arts practice -_- The first month after the surgery was not easy, meds made me sleep a lot, I couldn't move my leg at all, but couldn't focus on anything either. I'm still in a rehabilitation process (it should take a year to complete!) but i'm much better, I can walk, ride my bicycle, sit without too much pain. I just went back to work, and start doing sports again. I can't do it as much as I used too (man, you have to learn again EVERYTHING, from walking to running to jumping, it's quite a challenge, especially on patience), can't go back to the dojo, but I went back into the water a few days ago and it feels gooood.
Art wise, I don't have much to say. I have some projects, but still dealing with my ADHD more than ever, and thinking about what are my goals. I'm pretty much lost in life right now, actually, ahah. What is my purpose? Right now, I don't really now and it's confusing.
I don't know if I want to keep going with an art career, and I would like to go back to live in the South, but I can't quit my current job (and I'm not ready for this). So I'm trying to find a balance buuuut, it's so complicated. When I was a kid I thought I'd got my life figured out by 30, ahah, guess what kid? Nope.
All I know is I want to keep travelling.
